Question 1

Do I need any AI experience to attend?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The workshop is designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to those already using AI who want to level up. We meet you where you are and take you further than you thought possible in one day.

Question 2

Which AI platform should I choose?

Accepted Answer

At checkout, you select your primary platform: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or Grok. If your company uses Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the best choice. If you are unsure, ChatGPT is the most versatile starting point. The core skills apply across all platforms. You can also add all-platform access for $297.

Question 3

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Just your laptop and an active account on your chosen AI platform. We will send you setup instructions before the event so you arrive ready to go.

Question 4

Is this just theory, or will I actually use AI on the day?

Accepted Answer

This is a hands-on, laptop-open workshop. You will spend the majority of the day actively using AI, building prompts, creating workflows, and solving real problems from your own work. You leave with skills you can use immediately.

Question 5

Can I send my whole team?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our Corporate Table package includes 6 seats at a discounted rate of $796 per person (save $2,785). Teams who attend together implement faster because they share a common language and framework for AI. For larger groups or tailored sessions, Justin also provides Corporate Training delivered at your office or venue. Contact us at hello@justinkabbani.com to find out more.

Question 6

What is the AI Mastery Community?

Accepted Answer

Every attendee gets 3 months of free access to our private AI Mastery Community. It includes ongoing resources, prompt libraries, Q&A with trainers, and a network of 600+ AI-forward professionals. After the free period, you can continue for $197 per month.

Question 7

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Attend the full workshop, apply what you learn for 30 days, and if you have not saved at least 5 hours per week, we will refund your ticket in full. We are that confident in the results.

Question 8

What is the difference between Fast Mover, Gold, and VIP?

Accepted Answer

Fast Mover is the same workshop at a lower price (save $300), available to the first 20 registrations or until 4 weeks before the event. Gold is the full-price ticket. VIP adds front-row seating, lunch with the presenter, a 1:1 30-minute coaching session with a senior coach, and a VIP-exclusive bonus resource pack.

Question 9

Can I use a discount code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have received a partner discount code, you can apply it at checkout for 30% off. Contact us if you are part of one of our partner organisations.

Question 10

What happens after the workshop?

Accepted Answer

You get immediate access to all workshop materials on our AI Mastery portal, 30 days of email support, and 3 months of community membership. Many alumni also join our advanced programs and implementation sprints to continue their AI journey.
