AI Mastery: Builder · The Advanced Claude Code Program

Build Real Software With AI. No Code. No Developers.

The Ceiling

You have mastered the chat window.
Your ideas outgrew it.

The client portal you want. The intake bot. The internal dashboard. The gated tool with your brand on it. Until now, every one of those ideas ended the same way: a developer quote, a six-week wait, or a quiet death in your notes app. That era is over. With Claude Code, the person who understands the business can be the person who ships the software. This program teaches you how, in one day, by doing it.

The Deliverable

What you will ship by 5pm

Everyone builds the same reference app, then maps it to their own business. It is not a toy exercise. It is the same architecture running commercial platforms today.

Live on the internet

Not a prototype on your laptop. A real web app at a real address you can send to anyone before you leave the room.

Gated and secure

Login with emailed one-time codes, locked to the email domains you choose. Only the people you invite get in.

Its own database

Your app remembers every user and every interaction, with encryption and per-organisation separation built in from the start.

AI inside it

Connected to Claude through the API, so your tool can hold intelligent conversations, not just collect form fields.

Wired to your business

New signups flow to your CRM automatically. Every tool you ship becomes an audience you own.

The first of many

You leave with your machine configured so the second app takes a fraction of the time. The capability compounds.

The Day

From map to shipped in seven hours

9:00 · The Map

The whole system on one whiteboard

Claude Code, GitHub, Vercel, your own web address, the database, the AI. Every piece explained in plain language. By morning tea, none of those words are intimidating.

10:00 · Foundations

Set up like a professional

Configure Claude Code the way experienced builders do, with project memory and reusable skills, so every future build starts from best practice.

10:45 · Build Block One

A live URL before lunch

Build a real single-page app, watch it go from your laptop to the public internet, and send the link to someone who is not in the room.

12:00 · Working Lunch

Inside a real production system

A guided tour of the platform that runs the AI Mastery business itself: the pre-work interview bot, the gated client hubs, the automated follow-up. Everything you are learning, earning its keep.

12:45 · Build Block Two

Memory and security

Give your app a database and a gated login. Learn the security questions that matter before any client data goes near a tool you have built.

2:30 · Build Block Three

Connect it to your business

Put AI inside your app and wire signups to your CRM. Design the version of this that your own business needs next.

3:30 · Ship It

Your app, your address, live

Point your own web address at your app, run the launch checklist, and show the room what you built.

4:30 · The Roadmap

Your first 90 days as a builder

Pick the one tool your business needs first and leave with a concrete plan to ship it within weeks, not quarters.

Your Guide

Taught by a practitioner, not a theorist

Justin Kabbani is not a developer. He ran an agency and managed development teams for 17 years, then used Claude Code to build the platform that now runs his own business: an AI interview bot that has captured insights from 35+ organisations, gated client hubs, automated follow-up, and a CRM-connected capture engine. All shipped by one non-coder.

In this program you learn from the working system, not slides about one. The lesson at the heart of the day: you do not need to know how to make a database. You need to know why the database exists.

The Room

Built for elite AI users, not engineers

This is for you if you are

  • AI Mastery alumni ready for the next level
  • Founders and leaders who want internal tools without hiring developers
  • Marketers and operators who brief developers today and want to ship version one themselves
  • Consultants and coaches who want branded, gated client portals
  • EAs and chiefs of staff who build the systems their exec relies on

Not the right fit if you are

  • ×Brand new to AI. Start with the AI Mastery workshop, then come back.
  • ×Professional software developers. This day trades engineering depth for accessibility.
  • ×Anyone after a passive talk. This is a working session from the first hour.
The Outcomes

What you leave with

Your own live app

Not a certificate or a workbook. A working URL you can send to your team on the way home.

Fluency in the map

You can say repo, deploy, database and API and mean it. You can brief, buy and build with confidence.

A reusable build system

Your machine configured the way professionals work, so your second app takes a fraction of the time.

Security instincts

Gated access, encrypted data, client separation, and the questions to ask before sensitive information goes near any tool.

An identity shift

From AI user to software owner. The distance between what you deliver today and what you are capable of closes fast when you can ship the tools yourself.

Questions

Asked and answered

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use Claude or ChatGPT confidently, you are ready. The program exists precisely because this capability no longer requires a programming background. You need to understand why each piece exists, not how to hand-write it.

What do I need to bring?

Your own laptop and a paid Claude account (Pro minimum, Max recommended). Everything else is covered in a guided setup pack before the day, including a short virtual session the week prior so the morning starts at full speed.

What does it cost to run my app afterwards?

The tools you will use have generous free tiers. A typical first app runs on roughly $0 to $50 per month depending on usage, which you control directly. No agencies, no retainers.

Where and when does it run?

The founding cohort runs in South Melbourne on Wednesday 30 September 2026, 9:00am to 5:00pm, capped at 12 seats. Other cities follow; join the waitlist below to hear about those dates first.
